Return Duration
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Custom-made or customized rugs are non-returnable
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
