At RugsForHome.in, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Duration
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details.
After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed duration, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
